Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final unless there is a manufacturing defect or quality issue. Section 1: Print-On-Demand Products Refund Policy

 

1. Defective or Damaged Items

If your print-on-demand item (e.g., camouflage apparel, accessories, or home decor) arrives with a defect, misprint, or damage incurred during shipment, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund.

    • Manufacturing Defects: Errors in printing, stitching, or assembly.

    • Shipping Damage: Damage sustained during transit (e.g., visible wear or breakage).

  • Eligibility Timeline:
    Please notify us within 30 days of receiving your order. Claims made after 30 days may not be eligible.

 

2. Items Not Eligible for Returns or Refunds

Due to the custom-made nature of our print-on-demand products, we cannot accept returns or process refunds for:

  • Buyer’s Remorse or Sizing Issues

  • Products explicitly marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these limitations.

 

3. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

Step 1: Report the Issue

  • Clear photos of the defect or damage (and the packaging if applicable)

Step 2: Review Process
Our team will review your request and documentation within 2–3 business days and may contact you for additional details if needed.

Step 3: Resolution Options

  • Replacement: We will remake and resend your item at no additional cost if your claim is approved.

  • Refund: If a replacement is not possible, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

 

4. Damaged During Transit

If your item is damaged during transit, notify us immediately and include photos of both the product and its packaging. This information helps us expedite claims with our shipping carriers.

 

5. Refund Timing

Once a refund is approved, please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution. A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is processed.

For our custom-designed shoes—created in collaboration with AliveShoes—the following refund guidelines apply:

We are committed to ensuring that our designer shoes meet the highest quality standards.

  • If you are not completely satisfied with your custom-designed shoes due to quality issues or defects, you are eligible for a full refund under our satisfaction guarantee.

 

2. Eligibility for Refund or Exchange

  • Defective or Non-Conforming Shoes:

    • If the shoes have manufacturing defects (e.g., misprints, stitching errors, or assembly issues) or damage incurred during shipment, notify us within 30 days of delivery.

  • Free Returns Policy:

    • In the event that your custom designer shoes are defective or do not conform to your order specifications, you may return them in pristine, unworn condition.

    • Return Process for Designer Shoes:

      • Free return shipping is provided—our delivery partner will collect the package at no cost to you.
