Cancellation Policy

Tommy Designs Booking & Service Policy At Tommy Designs, we are committed to delivering high-quality custom graphic design services and products. To ensure transparency and a smooth process, we have established the following Booking & Service Policy. Booking a Quote Clients can request a quote for our graphic design or product design services by filling out a free Quote Request Form. After submission, we will send a detailed quote that is valid for 30 days. Due to fluctuating costs, if the quote is not signed within this period, a new quote must be requested. While we do our best to accommodate clients' budgets, all final pricing decisions are made by the designer. Clients may negotiate terms, and we will carefully consider any requests but are not obligated to adjust the final price. Service Packages & Pricing Tiers We offer three pricing tiers to suit different needs and project complexities: Basic Tier ($75–$125): This package covers minimalist logos, emotes, basic flyers, and business essentials. Files are provided in JPG, PNG, and TIFF formats. Estimated completion time is 1-3 days. Silver Tier ($150–$250): This tier provides higher-quality graphics with more effects and detail, including enhanced logos, flyers, and emotes. Clients receive files in JPG, PNG, TIFF, SVG, and PDF formats. Estimated completion time is 1-4 days. Premium Tier ($175–$350): For clients seeking highly detailed designs, this package includes complex logos, business cards, high-res flyers, illustrations, print patterns, and more. Clients receive all file formats from the lower tiers, plus the original editable PSD file. Estimated completion time is 1-4 days. Payment & Financials Full payment is required upfront before work begins. Upon agreeing to the quote, clients will receive a service policy, which must be signed before payment is processed. Work will not commence until payment is received. If a cancellation occurs within 1 hour of payment, a full refund will be issued. Cancellations within 1-48 hours will be eligible for a 50% refund due to time invested. After 48 hours, no refunds are available, but clients may request one revision within 6 months of completion. Revisions & Finalization All services include one revision, which can be requested within 6 months of completion. After both parties agree on the final design, the sale is considered final. Any changes after completion must fall within the scope of the included revision. You may find out full within out terms.
