Thank you for choosing Tommy Designs. We are dedicated to providing a straightforward and reliable shipping experience. Please read the following policy carefully, as it explains our shipping practices for our two product categories: our print-on-demand items and our designer shoes.

1. Shipping for Print-on-Demand Items

This section applies to camouflage apparel, accessories, and home decor fulfilled via Printful.

Order Processing & Fulfillment

• Custom Production:
  All items are made on demand. Production typically takes 2–5 business days.
  (For details, please refer to Printful’s Production Timeline.)

• Shipping Time:
  Once produced, standard shipping in the U.S. usually takes 3–4 business days.
  (Delivery estimates are based on Printful’s Shipping Speeds & Pricing.)

• Tracking:
  After your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Shipping Costs & Restrictions

• Free Shipping:
  Standard shipping is free across our store unless otherwise specified.

• Domestic Only:
  Currently, we ship only within the United States. Orders with non-U.S. addresses will be canceled.

• No PO Boxes:
  For security and tracking, please provide a physical address during checkout.

Handling Issues

• Delays:
  Occasional delays may occur due to high order volumes, holidays, or carrier disruptions. We will notify you of any significant delays.

• Address Changes:
  To update your address, contact us at tommydesigns2024@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Once production starts, changes cannot be made.

• Lost or Stolen Packages:
  If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please check around your property and with neighbors. Contact us if you still cannot locate it. Please note that Tommy Designs is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered but not found.

2. Shipping for Designer Shoes

This section applies exclusively to our custom-designed shoes developed in collaboration with AliveShoes.

Order Processing & Production

• Custom-Made Design:
  Our designer shoes are custom-made. Production begins only after the shoe design meets its pre-order threshold (as outlined at the time of purchase).

• Pre-Order Requirement:
  Shoes are produced on a pre-order basis. If the required pre-order count is not reached within 30 days, production will not commence and buyers will receive a full refund (or production may be delayed, at our discretion).

Shipping Time & Tracking

• Shipping Timeline:
  Once the pre-order goal is met and production begins, shoes will typically ship within 15–25 business days.

• Tracking Details:
  After dispatch, you will receive a notification email with tracking information. Please allow time for updates to appear in the system.

Handling Issues Specific to Designer Shoes

• Production Delays:
  Delays might occur if the pre-order threshold is reached late or due to unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you promptly if significant delays arise.

• Address Changes & Errors:
  As with our print-on-demand items, please ensure your shipping address is correct. Contact us immediately at tommydesigns2024@gmail.com if an error occurs. Once production begins, address changes cannot be accommodated.

• Lost or Stolen Packages:
  If your designer shoes appear lost after tracking shows delivery, follow the same steps as above: check your premises and with neighbors, and contact us if necessary. We are not liable for theft of packages marked as delivered.
