5. Booking and Services

Booking Process:
To request a custom design, complete our Quote Request Form. Quotes are valid for 30 days and must be signed to proceed.

Service Tiers and Pricing:
We offer various service tiers for our design services:

• Basic Tier: $75–$125 – Minimalist designs with a quick turnaround (1–3 business days).

• Silver Tier: $150–$250 – Advanced designs with additional detail (1–4 business days).

• Premium Tier: $175–$350 – High-detail designs with editable files included (1–4 business days).

• For some inquiries may be negotiable via a quote with written and agreed upon terms

Payment and Refunds:
Full payment is required upfront. Refunds may be available under specific conditions (e.g., within 48 hours of payment if work is not yet completed).

Revisions:
One revision is included, valid for up to six months after project completion. Additional revisions may incur extra fees.

6. Products and Shipping

Order Fulfillment:

• Production Time: Custom orders typically take 2–5 business days to produce.

• Shipping Time: Orders ship within 3–4 business days within the U.S.

Shipping Restrictions:

• We currently ship domestically within the United States only (no PO Boxes). Orders with non-U.S. addresses will be canceled.

Delivery Issues:

• If a package is lost or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us for assistance. We are not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered but not received.

7. Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final unless items are defective or damaged during shipping.

How to Request a Refund or Replacement:

• Report the Issue: Contact us at tommydesigns2024@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and photos of the defect/damage.

• Review Process: Our team will review your claim within 2–3 business days.

• Resolution Options: Based on your claim, we will offer a replacement or refund (processed within 5–10 business days).

For custom-designed shoes produced in collaboration with AliveShoes, a separate free returns process applies for defective or non-conforming items. Please refer to our full Return & Refund Policy for detailed instructions.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, content, and materials on our Site are the intellectual property of Tommy Designs until full payment is received. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or resale of our designs or content is strictly prohibited. If you submit materials (e.g., logos or graphics) for custom design services, you represent that you own such materials or have obtained the necessary permissions.
